By default, QEMU virtualization acceleration doesn't run as speed as the host processor acceleration. It because the kernel of the operating systems limited the software acceleration to keep the system stability.
But, if you want to accelerate your QEMU, you can install the new kernel module called “KQEMU”. To install KQEMU, here is the step :
Instal “kqemu-source” package from the APT. If you want using the terminal, you can use this command :
$ sudo apt-get install kqemu-source
Wait untul kqemu kernel module loaded. After kqemu kernel module loaded, you can open your QEMU, but by adding '-kernel-kqemu' (without quote) parameter.
